Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Jefferson City

I recently stayed here and frequent the Jefferson City area for work travel. After check out, I realized I had left a set of headphones in the room. The staff were wonderful about reaching out and made sure my items were quickly shipped back home to me. Huge thank you too the staff that helped me!

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room (312) was clean, shower had great water pressure and bed was comfortable even though it’s more bouncy than what we are accustomed to. Overall the rooms need bathroom upgrading and more modern furnishings like more USB outlets near the beds not just one portal. The conveniently located to Fast food, Grocery and Retail chains like Chikfila, TJ Maxx, Hy-Vee and more.

Worked perfect for us for a one night stay! This location is near the mall and easy to find. Lobby was clean, indoor pool was standard, breakfast was good but typical and the room was perfect for what we needed. Thanks for a nice stay!

Loved it. We travel for business and spend long periods of time in hotels. Very clean and easy to move in to. It had dressers with large drawers and a well thought out living space. Most importantly, the staff was outstanding. Everything was personalized from the moment we got there because of the “social distance” circumstances but we were taken care of and felt like family. The hotel was flexible with our reservation and great to work with on a professional level. Location was fabulous. Anything you want or need is 5 min. Away. If we ever need to return, we will definitely stay there. Their people made all the difference.

Front desk attendants were courteous. Room was clean and beds and bedding sets were very comfy. Complimentary breakfast was ok. They had the basic layout, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Cereal, oatmeal, bagels etc. My only complaint or recommendation would be to get rid of the current bath products. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash have a harsh menthol scent and disappointingly cheap quality. The consistency of each product didn't seem right and made my hair so course & smelly and my body got so dried out. I usually bring my own bath stuff but forget this time. Aside from that, great staff, cozy stay. I still will give you 5 stars (but seriously think about what I said)

Fairly centrally located, refurbished hotel in a part of Jeff City with several restaurants, retailers, and outdoor activities/parks within a 5 min. drive. Less than 10 min. drive to downtown/Missouri Capitol where there's even more history and places to see and enjoy. Fairfield is primarily quiet, but I had neighbors in my 3rd floor hallway who were more excited to be awake late than I was. Otherwise, the stay was enjoyable, clean and quiet. My room was particularly clean and tidy. Had a small microwave oven, and a mini-fridge about 3 feet tall which was a nice convenience. I sleep much better when cool & air conditioner went down to 60° which was sufficient. Bed firm but soft enough. Pillows did not flatten out under my resting head, but were full & comfortable. I appreciate a Gideons Bible in my room & sweet to get in God's Word before bed. Small desk area allowed me to complete work & mini closet is enough. Restroom also clean, bright, and with an exhaust fan that maintains good ventilation when you shower. Indoor pool on first floor was warm enough & room was heated. Gym is quite compact with a rack of dumbbells, a treadmill and an elliptical. It's adequate for 3 people and I got to take turns with another guest as we both were lifting weights. Breakfast was served at 6, and included a pretty extensive variety of hot and cold foods as well as some you could take for later in the morning or have a satisfying breakfast in the dining area. All in all, aside from hearing the wind outside my window much of the night, this was a nice stay near the Capitol Mall in Jefferson City, and the breakfast was a nice highlight. Cleaning staff did an excellent job and front desk team was also very kind.

#1 hotel in Jefferson City - brand new everything! This is a newly renovated hotel near the Capital Mall and right off of Highway 50. It is convenient to local eats and right up 50 from downtown. Everything looks and feels good about this hotel. A very refined Fairfield experience, from the comfort of the bed, the quietness of the room, the overall cleanliness and the updated decor. The shower was spacious & the shower head is absolutely fantastic. Endless hot water and plush new towels made a shower after a long drive SO refreshing. The front desk attendants I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. The pool room was very warm & comfortable as was the temperature of the water. Highly recommended!

The staff was really nice. The room was clean. My kids are normally not good breakfast eaters, but they are a full day's worth of food at the breakfast buffet. We LOVED the breakfast. They had good protein options and good care options. They had fresh fruit and coffee and everything a person might want.
